Return Policy:
Please be sure you are ordering the correct item. Verify the toner cartridge part number and the model number of your machine before finalizing your order to avoid returning your order to us.
Unopened item boxes can be return within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened Box item cannot be returned. All Genuine OEM / Original product is warranty with the manufacturer,not with EZTonerstore. You must call the manufacturer for any warranty issue.
All returns must be sent freight pre-paid; call-tags will not be issued. Freight credit will not be given for customer errors or defective product. Freight will only be credited for EZtonerstore errors. Any returns that are sent back freight collect will be refused and sent back to you.
EZtonerstore warranty 90 days from date of purchases - only on generic & remanufactured toner & cartridges.
All Remanufactured Cartridge that has less than 25 % of toner inside will not be issued any credit. All Defective Remanufactured Cartridge return must have 3 copies of test print included on your return for verification by factory technicians.
Defective compatible product will be replaced after obtaining a Return Authorization number. You will be charged for the replacement product but will received a full refund credit when the product is verified as defective by our Tech Department.
Any non-defective return received that is not 100% resaleable ( temper with , not shipped with a shipping carton, marking on the product box such as writing on the product). Do not write the RA number or stick labels on the original packaging, as that will make it non-resaleable. Credit will not be given until the product in question has been received back in good condition by EZtonerstore.
EZtonerstore reserves the right to update prices, product specifications, and policies without prior notice. Price subject to change without notice.
Product Damaged In Transit ( via UPS or Fedex or USPS ): The Product must be signed for as damaged and the damage MUST be reported to EZtonerstore via email within 5 days of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original exterior shipping carton. It the condition is not met, a credit cannot be issued.
All Freight Promotion Such as Flat $5 UPS Ground is strictly for the Continental States except Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. These states will pay regular freight rate.
